A refreshing and creamy float made with sparkling water and vanilla ice cream for a light and bubbly dessert.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups sparkling water (flavor of choice)
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Chill the sparkling water in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  2. Scoop vanilla ice cream into tall glasses.
  3. Slowly pour the chilled sparkling water over the ice cream.
  4. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
  5. Serve immediately with a straw and spoon.
