Crispy Soyabean Lollipop

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 egg, beaten (for binding)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Boil the soyabeans until they are soft, then mash them.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together, including the mashed soyabeans.
  3. Shape into lollipop shapes.
  4. Dip each lollipop into beaten egg and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Deep-fry until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
