For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced sweet potatoes and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Stir in bell pepper, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. If using, sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and cover for 2 minutes to melt.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
