  • 1 medium Pineapple (cut into chunks)

  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds (for garnish, optional)
  • 12 cups Bell Peppers, Snap Peas, or Onions ((depending on preference))
  • Chopped Green Onions (for garnish, optional)
