Description

A nutritious and flavorful breakfast combining creamy scrambled eggs, sautéed mushrooms, and fresh avocado slices.


Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and sauté until golden, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add remaining butter to the skillet. Pour in egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until eggs are softly set.
  4. Fold in sautéed mushrooms and serve immediately topped with avocado slices and chives.
