For the Crust:
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Press crescent roll dough into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, sealing seams.
- Sprinkle cooked sausage evenly over the dough, then top with shredded cheese.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly over the sausage and cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set and the crust is golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
