- 3 cups crispy corn cereal squares
- 2 cups toasted oat cereal O's
- 1 cup small pretzel twists
- 1 cup mixed nuts (peanuts, almonds, cashews)
- 1/2 cup candy coated chocolates
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine cereals, pretzels, and mixed nuts.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until well combined.
- Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread mixture in an even layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely. Stir in candy coated chocolates once cooled. Store in an airtight container.
