Sausage Egg Cheese Roll Ups

Savory sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, and cheese rolled up in a flaky crescent roll and baked until golden for a delicious and easy breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 large eggs, whisked
  • 1 (8 ounce) package crescent dough
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese, cut in half
  • 8 cooked breakfast sausage links
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it.
  2. In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the whisked eggs and cook until softly scrambled. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Place one slice of cheese on the wide end of each dough triangle.
  5. Divide scrambled eggs evenly over the cheese slices.
  6. Top each with one cooked sausage link.
  7. Roll up the crescent dough with the filling, placing the seam side down on the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

Use fully cooked sausage links for convenience. You can substitute cheddar cheese with your preferred cheese. Serve warm with ketchup or hot sauce if desired.
