Rosemary Garlic Pull Apart Bread

Description

A savory, aromatic bread filled with garlic butter and fresh rosemary, perfect for pulling apart and sharing.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Mix in flour and salt to form a dough. Knead for 5 minutes, then let rise in a greased bowl for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix melted butter, garlic, and rosemary in a small bowl.
  4. Roll dough into small balls, dip each in garlic butter mixture, and layer in a loaf pan. Let rise 30 minutes.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Brush with remaining garlic butter and serve warm.
