A delicious twist on classic s’mores using Ritz crackers for a buttery, crunchy texture.

For the Crust:
- 24 Ritz crackers
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place half of the Ritz crackers on the baking sheet. Top each with a few chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Cover each with another Ritz cracker to form a sandwich. Press gently to seal.
- Brush the tops of the crackers with melted butter and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes or until marshmallows are slightly melted and golden. Let cool before serving.
