Description

A delicious twist on classic s’mores using Ritz crackers for a buttery, crunchy texture.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 24 Ritz crackers
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place half of the Ritz crackers on the baking sheet. Top each with a few chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  3. Cover each with another Ritz cracker to form a sandwich. Press gently to seal.
  4. Brush the tops of the crackers with melted butter and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until marshmallows are slightly melted and golden. Let cool before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
