A fun and colorful twist on the classic Rice Krispies Treats using Peeps marshmallow candies.

For the Crust:
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 10 oz Peeps marshmallow candies
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Add the Peeps marshmallow candies and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract if using.
- Quickly fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until well coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish using a greased spatula or wax paper.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
