This is pure comfort food! Heaven in your mouth! A rich and creamy garlic parmesan pasta that’s quick to make and utterly delicious.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until fully melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until evenly coated with the sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
