Description

Healthy, no-bake pumpkin protein balls packed with flavor and nutrition. Perfect for a quick snack or post-workout energy boost.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and mix well.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  3. Chill mixture in refrigerator for 20 minutes to firm up.
  4. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to set completely.
