Description

A delicious fall-inspired coffee drink featuring cold brew topped with a sweet and spiced pumpkin cream cold foam.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour cold brew coffee over the ice.
  2. In a small bowl, combine heavy cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
  3. Using a milk frother or whisk, whip the pumpkin cream mixture until it forms a thick, frothy foam.
  4. Gently spoon the pumpkin cream cold foam over the top of the cold brew.
  5. Sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice if desired and serve immediately.
