Description

This easy homemade Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam Cold Brew recipe is a copycat of the popular Starbucks drink. It’s made with cold brew coffee, pumpkin cream cold foam, and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice on top.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 cups cold brew coffee
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine heavy cream, pumpkin puree, vanilla syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.
  2. Using a hand mixer or whisk, whip the mixture until soft peaks form.
  3. Add milk and stir until combined.
  4. Fill glasses with ice.
  5. Pour cold brew coffee over ice.
  6. Top with pumpkin cream cold foam.
  7. Sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice if desired.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use chilled heavy cream and keep all ingredients cold. The foam should be whipped to soft peaks – be careful not to overwhip. Store any leftover foam in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Adjust sweetness by adding more or less vanilla syrup to taste.
