Description

This easy homemade version of Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew is made with cold brew coffee topped with a sweet and creamy pumpkin spice cold foam.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Cold brew coffee
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine heavy cream, pumpkin puree, vanilla syrup, and pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Using a hand mixer or frother, whip the mixture until it becomes thick and foamy.
  3. Fill a glass with ice and pour cold brew coffee over it.
  4. Top the cold brew with the pumpkin cream foam.
  5. Sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice if desired.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use chilled heavy cream and a cold bowl when making the foam. The foam can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Adjust sweetness by adding more or less vanilla syrup to taste.
