Pork Chop Supreme – OMG DONT LOSE THIS

Juicy pork chops smothered in a creamy mushroom sauce, perfect for a hearty meal.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Stir in heavy cream and thyme.
  5. Return pork chops to the skillet, spooning sauce over them. Simmer for 10-12 minutes until pork is cooked through and sauce thickens.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
