Description

A delightful twist on the classic tiramisu, featuring layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and creamy pistachio mascarpone filling.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup pistachio paste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/4 cup crushed pistachios for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, pistachio paste, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
  4. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee and layer them in the bottom of a 9×9 inch dish.
  5. Spread half of the pistachio mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Repeat with another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, sprinkle with crushed pistachios.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
