A creamy, no-bake pistachio pie with a crunchy graham cracker crust and fluffy filling.

For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- Whipped cream and additional pistachios for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together pistachio pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Fold in whipped topping and chopped pistachios until well combined.
- Spoon filling into chilled crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with whipped cream and additional pistachios before serving.
