Pista Frozen Trifle

A refreshing and creamy frozen dessert featuring whipped cream, blanched pistachios, and aromatic cardamom powder, perfect for a cool treat.

Ingredients

  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • ⅓ cup blanched pista (pistachios)
  • ¼ tsp elaichi (cardamom) powder

Instructions

  1. Whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add vanilla essence and elaichi powder to the whipped cream and mix gently.
  3. Fold in the blanched pistachios carefully into the whipped cream mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for several hours until firm.
  5. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with extra pistachios.

Notes

Use fresh pistachios for best flavor. For a softer texture, freeze for 3-4 hours; for a firmer trifle, freeze overnight.
