For the Crust:
- 2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a blender, combine pineapple, 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup, 1/4 cup cold water, and 1 cup ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the pineapple mixture into a separate bowl and set aside.
- Rinse the blender, then add strawberries, remaining 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup, remaining 1/4 cup cold water, and remaining 1 cup ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
- To serve, alternate pouring the pineapple and strawberry mixtures into glasses, creating a swirled effect. Add lime juice if desired for a tangy twist.
- Serve immediately with straws and enjoy!
