For the Crust:
2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
1/2 cup cold water
2 cups ice cubes
1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
In a blender, combine pineapple, 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup, 1/4 cup cold water, and 1 cup ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
Pour the pineapple mixture into a separate bowl and set aside.
Rinse the blender, then add strawberries, remaining 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup, remaining 1/4 cup cold water, and remaining 1 cup ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
To serve, alternate pouring the pineapple and strawberry mixtures into glasses, creating a swirled effect. Add lime juice if desired for a tangy twist.
