For the Crust:
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup coconut water or plain water
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a blender, combine pineapple chunks, 1 cup ice, 1/4 cup coconut water, 1/2 tbsp lime juice, and half the honey. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the pineapple mixture into a separate bowl and set aside.
- Rinse the blender, then add strawberries, remaining ice, coconut water, lime juice, and honey. Blend until smooth.
- To serve, alternate pouring the pineapple and strawberry mixtures into glasses, creating a swirled effect.
- Use a spoon or straw to gently swirl the mixtures together for a marbled look.
