A refreshing and fruity slushie with the tropical taste of pineapple and the sweetness of strawberries, swirled together for a vibrant treat.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or plain water
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a blender, combine pineapple chunks, 1 cup ice, 1/4 cup coconut water, 1/2 tbsp lime juice, and half the honey. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the pineapple mixture into a separate bowl and set aside.
  3. Rinse the blender, then add strawberries, remaining ice, coconut water, lime juice, and honey. Blend until smooth.
  4. To serve, alternate pouring the pineapple and strawberry mixtures into glasses, creating a swirled effect.
  5. Use a spoon or straw to gently swirl the mixtures together for a marbled look.
