Pineapple Heaven Cake

A light and fluffy cake with a tropical pineapple twist, perfect for any occasion.

For the Crust:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup maraschino cherries, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, crushed pineapple, eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix until well blended.
  3. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  4. Let cake cool completely, then spread whipped topping over the top.
  5. Sprinkle shredded coconut and chopped cherries on top before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
