For the Crust:
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- Maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine instant pudding mix and crushed pineapple with juice. Stir until well blended.
- Fold in shredded coconut and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Gently fold in whipped topping until mixture is smooth and fluffy.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
