Pico de Gallo

A fresh and vibrant Mexican salsa made with tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and lime juice.

For the Crust:

  • 4 medium ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 white onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
  2. Add the lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Gently toss to combine all ingredients.
  3. Let the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes
