Description

A fresh and zesty Mexican salsa made with tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and lime juice.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 4 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 white onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Combine diced tomatoes, chopped onion, cilantro, and jalapeño in a bowl.
  2. Add lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
