- 4 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 white onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Combine diced tomatoes, chopped onion, cilantro, and jalapeño in a bowl.
- Add lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.
