Pear, Gorgonzola, and Walnut Flatbread

A delicious and elegant flatbread topped with sweet pears, tangy Gorgonzola, and crunchy walnuts.

For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made flatbread crust
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush the flatbread crust with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange pear slices evenly over the flatbread, then sprinkle with Gorgonzola and walnuts.
  4. Drizzle honey over the top and sprinkle with dried thyme.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
