For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made flatbread crust
- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush the flatbread crust with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Arrange pear slices evenly over the flatbread, then sprinkle with Gorgonzola and walnuts.
- Drizzle honey over the top and sprinkle with dried thyme.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
