Peanut Butter Caramel Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into butter mixture until combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread 2/3 of the dough into the prepared pan.
  5. Drizzle peanut butter and caramel sauce over the dough. Sprinkle with toffee bits.
  6. Drop remaining dough by spoonfuls over the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool completely in pan before cutting into bars.
