Peanut Butter Avalanche Popcorn Treats

A sweet, crunchy no-bake treat combining popcorn with melted white chocolate, peanut butter, mini marshmallows, rice krispies, and a drizzle of milk chocolate.

  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Place the popped popcorn in a large bowl, removing any unpopped kernels.
  2. In a small microwave-safe dish, combine white chocolate chips and peanut butter; melt in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate and peanut butter mixture over the popcorn; add mini marshmallows and Rice Krispies; toss until combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly onto parchment paper.
  5. Melt milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe dish in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
  6. Drizzle melted milk chocolate over the popcorn mixture and allow it to harden before breaking into pieces.

Notes

Use fresh popcorn to ensure crispness. If desired, substitute vanilla melting candy for white chocolate chips. Store treats in an airtight container to keep fresh.
