Peach Pie Bombs

Delicious, bite-sized peach pie pastries that are easy to make and perfect for snacking.

For the Crust:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 1 cup diced fresh peaches
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon coarse sugar for topping

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix diced peaches, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.
  3. Separate biscuit dough into 8 pieces. Flatten each into a circle and place a spoonful of peach mixture in the center. Pinch edges to seal.
  4. Place sealed bombs on baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with coarse sugar.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
