For the Crust:
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
- 1 cup diced fresh peaches
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon coarse sugar for topping
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix diced peaches, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.
- Separate biscuit dough into 8 pieces. Flatten each into a circle and place a spoonful of peach mixture in the center. Pinch edges to seal.
- Place sealed bombs on baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with coarse sugar.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
