For the Crust:
- 4 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss zucchini slices with olive oil, then coat each slice in the parmesan mixture.
- Arrange coated zucchini in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve warm.
