Parmesan Zucchini

Description

A simple and delicious side dish featuring zucchini coated in Parmesan cheese and baked to perfection.

For the Crust:

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until zucchini is tender and cheese is golden brown.
  5. Serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
