For the Crust:
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until zucchini is tender and cheese is golden brown.
- Serve warm.
