Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna

An indulgent lasagna combining the flavors of a cheeseburger with creamy Parmesan garlic sauce, crispy bacon, melty cheeses, and savory ground beef layered between noodles for the ultimate comfort food.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown ground beef with minced garlic until fragrant. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir marinara sauce into the beef mixture and season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and crumbled bacon.
  5. Spread a layer of the beef mixture in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  6. Layer lasagna noodles over the beef, then spread some of the bacon-Parmesan ranch mixture and sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
  7. Repeat layering with beef mixture, noodles, bacon-Parmesan ranch mix, and mozzarella until all ingredients are used, ending with a cheese layer.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  10. Let lasagna rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add sliced pickles between layers to mimic a cheeseburger. You can prepare in advance and refrigerate; increase baking time by 10 minutes if baking cold. Use freshly cooked bacon for best texture.
