Oreo Brownie Cake

  • 3 packets Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box, typically eggs, oil, water)
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 can (14 oz) condensed milk
  • 2 sticks (1 cup) butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions. Pour batter into the pan.
  3. Sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies evenly over the brownie batter.
  4. Drizzle condensed milk over the Oreo layer, then add dollops of Cool Whip, swirling lightly.
  5. Top with remaining crushed Oreos and bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool, slice, and serve.
