For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large pot or deep skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Add pasta and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
- Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
