For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large pot or deep skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Add butter and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Add pasta and stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  5. Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
