One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta

  • Author: Dorothy Miler

Description

A rich and comforting one-pot pasta dish with tender beef, garlic butter, and a creamy sauce.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large pot or deep skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add uncooked pasta and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
