A rich and comforting one-pot pasta dish with tender beef, garlic butter, and a creamy sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large pot or deep skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Add uncooked pasta and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
