One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta

  • Author: Dorothy Miler

Description

A rich and comforting pasta dish with seasoned ground beef and a creamy garlic butter sauce, all cooked in one pot for easy cleanup.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add butter and minced garlic to the pot, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in beef broth, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Break fettuccine in half and add to the pot, ensuring it’s submerged in the liquid.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 15-18 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and sauce has thickened.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
