- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-sear until fully cooked, then slice into strips.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly in the Alfredo sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
