Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a pie dish.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, grated carrots, almond flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together maple syrup, eggs, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then pour into the prepared pie dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and set.
