Creamy no-bake cheesecake bars with a graham cracker crust and fresh strawberry topping.

For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into a 9×9 inch pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Spread cheesecake filling over crust. Top with sliced strawberries and brush with strawberry jam. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
