No Bake Peanut Butter Oat Cups

Easy and delicious no-bake peanut butter oat cups that require minimal ingredients and no oven time.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add rolled oats and salt, stirring until fully combined.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  4. Line a muffin tin with paper liners and scoop mixture evenly into each cup.
  5. Press down firmly with a spoon to compact the mixture.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
