For the Crust:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add rolled oats and salt, stirring until fully combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners and scoop mixture evenly into each cup.
- Press down firmly with a spoon to compact the mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
