No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake

Soft, rich, and fruity no-bake orange creamsicle cheesecake with a graham cracker crust, layered cream cheese and orange Jello filling, mimicking the classic frozen treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (3-oz) box orange Jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, divided
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Cooking spray and parchment paper for pan

Instructions

  1. Spray a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray, line with parchment paper. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into bottom and sides of pan. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. Dissolve orange Jello in boiling water, whisk, and cool for 30 minutes. Beat cream cheese with 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth. Whip heavy cream with 1/2 cup powdered sugar, vanilla, and orange zest to stiff peaks.
  3. Fold half the whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Fold remaining whipped cream into cooled Jello. Alternate dollops of both mixtures into crust, swirl gently with a knife.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until set. Remove from pan and serve.

Notes

Chill thoroughly overnight for best texture. Garnish with whipped cream, orange zest, or segments. Use full-fat cream cheese for richest flavor.
