No Bake Chocolate Butterfinger Pie

A rich and creamy no-bake chocolate pie featuring a chocolate Oreo crust, a peanut butter and cream cheese filling, and crushed Butterfinger candy bars for texture and flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreos), finely crushed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup whole or 2% milk
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 full-size Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter, melted, for garnish (optional)
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips, melted, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed chocolate sandwich cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a buttered 9-inch deep-dish pie plate to form the crust. Place the crust in the freezer.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. In a separate large bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  5. Fold in the crushed Butterfinger candy bars.
  6. Spread the filling evenly into the prepared chocolate crust.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours to set.
  8. Before serving, optionally drizzle with melted peanut butter and melted chocolate chips.

Notes

For best texture, chill the pie overnight. Use full-size Butterfinger bars for optimal candy texture. Garnishes are optional but add extra flavor and decoration.
