- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini M&M’s
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, mix peanut butter and honey until smooth.
- Add oats, chocolate chips, M&M’s, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
