For the Crust:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini M&M’s
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter and honey until smooth.
  2. Add oats, chocolate chips, M&M’s, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
