A creamy and refreshing mango dessert that’s perfect for summer.

For the Crust:
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 packet unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Puree the diced mangoes in a blender until smooth.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Heat the heavy cream and sugar in a saucepan over low heat until sugar dissolves. Do not boil.
- Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm cream mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
- Stir in the mango puree and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
