Malibu Bay Breeze Cocktail

A refreshing tropical cocktail made with Malibu rum, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice.

For the Crust:

  • 2 oz Malibu coconut rum
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Pineapple slice or cherry for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the Malibu coconut rum over the ice.
  3. Add the pineapple juice and stir gently.
  4. Slowly pour the cranberry juice over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple slice or cherry if desired and serve immediately.
