For the Crust:
- 2 oz Malibu coconut rum
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- Ice cubes
- Pineapple slice (for garnish)
- Maraschino cherry (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the Malibu coconut rum over the ice.
- Add the pineapple juice and stir gently.
- Slowly pour the cranberry juice over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
