Mac Cheese Bacon Burger Rolls

Delicious burger rolls stuffed with creamy macaroni and cheese and crispy bacon, perfect for a comforting and indulgent meal.

  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni and cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • Butter for brushing rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cooked macaroni and cheese with crumbled bacon, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and dried minced onion.
  3. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Place a spoonful of the mac and cheese mixture in the center of each dough circle.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the filling.
  6. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch edges to seal, forming rolls.
  7. Place rolls seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
  8. Brush tops with melted butter.
  9. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For best results, use freshly cooked macaroni and cheese and ensure the rolls are sealed tightly to prevent filling leakage. Serve warm for a gooey, cheesy experience.
