Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta

A creamy, cheesy pasta dish combining the flavors of bacon cheeseburger with a rich Alfredo sauce, made quickly and easily in about 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through; drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic to the beef and sauté briefly until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Gradually add shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheeses, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add the drained pasta to the skillet and toss to coat each strand in the cheese sauce.
  8. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use freshly cooked bacon for best flavor. You can substitute fettuccine with penne or other pasta types. For a richer dish, increase the cheese quantities slightly.
