A refreshing twist on the classic tiramisu with zesty lemon flavors.

For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 lemons, zested and juiced
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- 1/2 cup limoncello liqueur
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, whisk together mascarpone, heavy cream, sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth.
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly into limoncello and layer half in the bottom of a 9×9 inch dish.
- Spread half the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat with remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
